Mortgage Refinancing and First Time Buyers

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Bankers Association of America which is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing over 3,000 members who originate and service lendering for private and commercial properties throughout the country. The Bankers Association is made up of many different types and sizes of companies which make up the real estate finance industry, including bankers, brokers, commercial banks, unions, savings associations, savings banks, and life insurance companies. To be a member of the Banking Association, lenders must agree to conduct their business according to the highest ethical standards and to abide by the BA's standards of business practices. Not every broker or lender can belong, but BA members can be found in almost every community throughout the country. BA members have a major role in originating lending through the Federal government's lending programs, and other special lending programs. The BA plays an important role for members by representing their interests before Congress and federal agencies and serving as an informational and educational center for the industry. The BA enables lenders to work together on behalf of our nation's public in seeking new ways to make lending accessible, affordable and easy to understand.
